The Network for Social Work Management brings together managers, researchers, professors, practitioners, and emerging leaders in the social sector to engage in dialogue about management practice, strengthen social work leadership, disseminate new research, enhance collaborations, and support emergent leaders.
This year’s theme challenges us to think about what has changed in social work management over the past 25 years. We reflect on our accomplishments of the past and our ability to survive and thrive in changing times. We are asked to revisit traditional management practice and to question how we can use knowledge advancement, technology integration, and innovation to bolster our work.
