May 19, 2015 – Continuous Quality Improvement: Developing a Learning Culture through Evaluation and Learning presented by Amanda Stylianou, MSW, LCSW, PhD(C) and Elizabeth Speck, PhD
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is a process of creating a learning culture in which management and client-facing staff strive to consistently improve services for clients. This learning culture is key to building continuous quality improvement initiatives in these fast paced, resource-limited times. In this webinar, Amanda M. Stylianou and Elizabeth Speck will discuss the client-centered performance management initiative of Safe Horizon, the nation’s largest victim assistance program. Lessons learned from three major CQI initiatives: (a) the in-depth case review process; (b) the quality supervision policy; and (c) training and learning initiatives will be discussed. A framework for leveraging the synergy between evaluation and learning will be introduced, which can be applied in organizations of any size and at any stage.
