Building Effective Teams and Organizational Capacity
The challenges and complexities of retaining top talent continue to become more prevalent as organizations down size, compete for funding, and manage to stay afloat in an ever changing economy. The development of individuals is an integral part of building effective teams and organizational capacity. Managers can increase staff engagement in the workplace and support the development of future leaders by partnering with their staff to create practical and constructive Individual Development Plans that foster personal learning and growth.
